CLARITY AND HUMOUR

“ALWAYS START WITH THE OBVIOUS!”
This sentence shaped me early on and has become an integral part of my work today. For me, of course, the “obvious” is the color of my skin. In addition, my special mixture of French accent and a slight Franconian dialect – altogether an uncommon, but also irritating mixture.
So let’s start here!
I am a French woman originating from the West Indies. With family roots on the islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe, I grew up in the Parisian banlieue. Immediately after completing my studies in marketing techniques at the Parisian Institut Universitaire de Technologie, I was drawn to the tranquil city of Würzburg, Germany, where I also completed a degree in business administration – including a Franconian language coloring.
Afterwards I started my twenty-year career in the central marketing department of long-established German, globally active B2B groups in the automotive and logistics industries, where I soon held leading positions – whether as head of international change projects or in the line management up to senior management. Especially topics with the following characteristics gave me profile and reputation: new, unique, international, complex, interdisciplinary … Mine! When my very first IT project – a group-wide Marketing Resource Management implementation in a group with over 70,000 employees – was recognized as a cross-industry best practice and I was invited to speak at IT and Marketing Efficiency conferences, I presented my most significant success factors: Stance and credibility!
As an employee and manager with a strongly value-oriented personality, I led my international projects to economically verifiable success… and yet I regularly broke ranks with my uncomfortable points of view. I have experienced how energy and value creation can be ruined by destructive coexistence in companies. I know how controversial aspects of togetherness in the company can be cleverly combined and today I am devoting myself entirely to this topic. The positive and value-adding togetherness within the company is a matter close to my heart. As a business consultant, sparring partner and keynote speaker, I provide concrete food for thought and recommendations for action as well as a pragmatic 5-phase model for cultural transformation.
You can find out more about my vita here:
As an entrepreneur, I believe in “closing ranks”, where mutual enhancement results in customer benefit. Not opportunism but grown trust and exponential complementarity form the foundation of my business partnerships.
I believe that self-determined entrepreneurship can be a guarantor for honest customer centricity and in this sense, I always act ” free-lance” and ” self-employed”.
